This package is designed for those who are interested in preparing for a bodybuilding contest!

- All initial communication is done through e-mail for ease of reference. Later, communication includes phone support and/or video chat closer to contest time.

- In some cases, depending on location, it might be possible for the coach to attend the contest.
PRE-CONTEST POSING PRACTICE CLASS

Forak Fysique in-home training program: CORE and ABS. This program will help you to build stronger core and abs while shedding inches of body fat off of your waist (following strict meal program is required). All exercises are designed so that your core is being worked from all four different planes. Exercise intensity progressively increases as you go through the program.
